**ESPP Mathematics/Statistics Requirements**

Students are required to take **two courses** (8 credits) in mathematics and/or statistics. The minimum requirement is Math 1a and Math 1b. For students who place into Math Ma three courses are required: Math Ma, Mb and Math 1b. Students who place into Math 1b are required to take Math 1b and one additional math/stat course; students who place beyond Math 1b are required to take two additional math/stat courses\*.
